Can’t beat the location!! Very short walk to the beach, so close we’d just walk back to the house for lunch. Also very short walk to the Village. Clean, quiet, and has what you need.

The check in was confusing, as an email was sent saying we had to p/u key at management co. When all along we could have gone directly to the property. Honestly , it really didn’t take us out of the way at all, but thought u should mention.The property was fantastic, clean, close to everything. Our cottage was private, clean and quiet. Easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants. The couch and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and nice inside. It had a water hose outside that was great to clean off sandy feet and other things from the beach. Would stay here again.

Perfectly placed. Clean, new and easy access to everything fun!! Only thing...no laundry in the unit. Bring coins to use their laundry room on site. Less than 3 mins to beach and 5 mins to all the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

This cottage was clean and perfectly placed between the beach and village! We have been going to Siesta Key for the past five years and this was our favorite place! The unit was clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! The only drawback is that the unit no longer had a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was a washer/dryer a very short walk for a fee. Other than that, this was a perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key the first week in March 2025. The 1-bedroom cottage has ample space for two people with a warm and cozy feeling inside and a private deck outside surrounded by palm trees. Beach access is within a short walk from the house and to the village downtown. It wasn't advertised but two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. You won't be disappointed if you choose 15 SS Cottage for your vacation.

Great location! Everything was brand new. I was worried about renting because of the hurricane in 2024 but was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic condition of the property and amenities. I couldn't have been happier. The perfect weather also helped.

The cottage was a PERFECT location! It is right across the street from the beach access and a very short walk from the Siesta Key Village. The space was even more spacious than it looked in pics and had every thing we needed during our stay. Check in & Check out was easy & communication was great during our entire stay. My husband and I stayed in the cottage 7/1 - 7/5/24. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The location is amazing - steps from the beach and just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the village. The pictures are accurate but the place is way cuter in person. It looks small but there is plenty of space and lots of storage/closet space. The unit was spotless and had all the extras we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, iron & ironing board, paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, utensils etc etc — without being overstocked or cluttered. I saw one review that said the bed was uncomfortable but we found it to be very comfortable. And communication was proactive & friendly without being obtrusive. Take it from someone who travels a LOT, this place is top notch.

This was the perfect cozy home away from home!!!! So conveniently located so we could walk to the beach in about 3-4 minutes and so close to the village with all of the shops! This was also the perfect place to just wind down after a long day in the sun and feel so cozy. I will totally recommend this space!! The best thing was that they contacted me for an early check in which was unexpected but soooo helpful to my fiance and I, as our flight got in super early! Best stay ever <3

Listing was exactly like photos, very clean and quaint. Host were very responsive. We didn't have any problems during our stay. Would definitely book again and recommend. We loved this little cottage. It was completely updated, had a nice deck with loungers and a table and chairs. Parking was right beside the cottage and offered a sense of security. The King bed and mattress were very comfortable. If it’s available, we’d love to stay there again
