This was a nicely decorated, very clean one-bedroom second floor unit just 200 steps from the soft white sands of Siesta Key Beach and easy walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom is has a fabulous rain shower. The water in the clean outdoor pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. The view of the beach beyond the pool in the signature photo is the view you see from one of the chairs in the living room/kitchen area, so you do have a beach view, albeit long-distance! The managing company was amazingly responsive to questions, with every one (made during business hours of course) answered in minutes. The only caution I have is to ascertain that you are ok with all the add-ons to the base price, which in our case amounted to about 50%. That may be the usual practice, I don't know, but it is not something I paid attention to until after I booked. In any event, we were very happy with it even at the higher price and I hope we return some year.

Customer service was great , very clean and has all of our amenities. The only thing , our beach chair broke the second day due to rust . We loved our stay !! Would love to return again

This place is clean with everything needed inside and they had 2 beach chairs which was helpful. Its a block to the beautiful beach that is full of sand dollars and 11/2 blocks to the Village where you have all the shopping stores, bars and restaurants needed so we for sure will be back!

This location was perfect for the type of vacation we like. The nearness to the beach and the village made for such a pleasant experience. The condo looked exactly like the photos and we were happy to have the beach chairs included as well. The complex is quiet and we enjoyed the retro vibes.

We have a condo in Osprey which is getting remodeled because of mold. We needed an inexpensive stay. Great Location and was able to enjoy the location. Condo was clean and very quiet. Updated living was comfortable.

Perfect location close to the beach and short walk to the downtown with many bars, shopping and restaurant choices. We also enjoyed the private pool. Would stay here again!

Such a wonderful week long stay! Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (literally we timed it door step to toes in the water). The condo was clean. The bed was comfortable.

This is the perfect location. 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to our favorite village. The community of people that own properties is plentiful and if we were unfamiliar I am sure they would have offered suggestions. Pool is warm and mostly shaded.

1 block to beach, 2 blocks to downtown SK! Charming efficient rental complete with new kitchen with large fridge & dishwasher !!!
New walk in shower with beautiful tile.

You cannot beat the location and the sunset views. The unit was very clean and the management team is great at communicating. The unit could use some maintenance. Some flooring is coming up, there is low water pressure in master, the master room door does not close, and there are large water spots on the ceiling. But it would not stop us from recommending to others or staying again. We truly enjoyed our stay.
