Siesta Beach House #101

The property was just as explained. Beach access was very easy and accommodating with chairs provided. Umbrellas could be rented daily or by the week which was nice. The staff contacted us daily to check if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and unwind. The condo itself was immaculate with zero flaws that I could see.

Very clean. Comfy bed. Didn’t have beach chairs, which I was worried about, but the private beach offered plenty of chair options for owners and guests. Which I assumed we fell in that category. They had loungers, short chairs and normal height chairs.
Tents/sun shades had to stay way back on the beach. There were signs saying you couldn’t go past a certain area. That was kind of sucky. But it is what it is. Soft white sand and the water was super clear this visit.
One thing, was I hated that it said to not lower the temperature under 70. I like to sleep super cold, like 67. Specially in the am with the sun streaming in, I wish we could have lowered the temps

We really enjoyed staying in this little rental. I think the owners have another company that helps to manage several similar rentals on the same property. They let us know the rental was ready to be occupied several hours ahead of our 4pm check out.
The rental is recently remodeled and very clean. It has a small kitchen where we prepared our meals. A grill is available right outside the front door alongside an outdoor table and chairs. There’s plenty of ice from the frig ice maker. The king bed and the sleep sofa are comfortable
Laundry is available in a separate building for $1.75 per load via an app “Clean Cash”. The rental included two beach towels which we used at the heated pool.
Access to the pool and the private beach require use of a FOB. Siesta beach is a short walk out the front door where you can view beautiful sunsets. Check in and out was easy with a minimal check out list.

Very nicely renovated, clean. Binder was informative and helpful. Guest kitchen and bathroom amenities packets were nice. Host communication was great and quickly responded to questions.

This is without a doubt, the best condo we’ve stayed in at Siesta Key beach. Perfect for two people. Steps to the best beach in USA. It is a pristine unit, expertly remodeled and is managed by an A++ property management company, TSA (Tropical Sands Accommodations). This company completely understands the hospitality business and it shows. From the 40 point checklist prior to our arrival, to easy and quick communications, they are the best. Well appointed kitchen, super comfy king mattress, perfect HVAC (we used both heat and air), ice maker, leather sofa and really nice chair. Nothing could’ve been any better!
